I just wanted to confirm that I've seen this once in a while, on various video cards I've had... but also that it's gone away so I don't know what caused it. I'd be curious if anyone finds out.
In the meantime, Dave, make sure you have the latest 3DFX VooDoo3 drivers and DirectX (which Windows uses all over the place). I have a Voodoo3 and v9t9 does work on mine.
