Does anyone know the actual, accurate RGB values for each color that the TI uses? Comparing a real 99/4A to any of the emulators, none of the emulators' colors seem to be quite right. Thierry Nouspikel's tech page (http://www.stanford.edu/~thierry1/ti99/tms9918a.htm#Colors) has some info on the TMS9918A, but I don't know if it can be decifered into accurate RGB values. Perhaps someone knows?
