To be more specific, the Debug version is faster to boot up, the regular version is a little faster once it enters into the main emulation. Don't think I made that too clear.
Also - graphical glitches arise in Win95 when you have your mouse - and move it - over the emulated screen window. Mostly, the tile (I'm assuming you're using a tile based screen display?) that the mouse cursor is hovering over is... flipped, or something. I'll see if I can make a screenshot - it'll be hard, since it doesn't happen all the time, and happens rather quickly too.
