From what I have read there are some sectors of the 5 1/4 inch TI Disk drives that the PC 5 1/4 inch drive can not read, so they are incompadible. I believe that there is a utility that can read some of the TI disks using the 5 1/4 inch PC disk drive that you can find at some of the TI FTP sites but I am not sure what the program is called, and it is limited to only the sectors the PC drives can read so it is likely that most programs and files will be missing pieces of information and will not work with the V9T9 Emulator.
