: Has anyone been successful in transferring copy-protected disks to V9T9, Ami99, etc.? I have only one such disk -- 4A Talk, a telecommunications program. Does anyone know what kind of scheme was employed? I know it has something to do with partially formatting the copy disk. I have no idea how you'd get around something like that on an emulator.

The emulator would need specific support for corrupting sectors to work with that sorta thing. :) It's probably more feasible to modify the program to bypass the copy protection check. It takes some time, but with a decent debugger in the emulator you can isolate the instructions that need to be changed.
