HELP! How do I get ToD to work? (problem with disk?)

I just found this emulator, and am overjoyed that I could once agian play Tunnels of Doom. The module rom loads up fine, but as for the file source(cassette,disk,other), I have no clue what to type in. I tried using the tunnels.dsk, but the screen just got funky, and then reacted as if it had been an error. Please help me out if you can...thanks.
