Will PC99 files run on V9T9?

I have V9T9 and works great. I'm thinking about ordering the old games I used to have from CaDD Electronics, which are command modules formatted for their PC99 emulator. If I were to order them, could I get them to run on V9T9? (I have a hex-editor, if that could make them work.)

Also, the ftp site at premierweb.com/pub/systems/ti99 no longer exists. Are the programs that used to be there still available somewhere?
