I've not had that problem here, under Win98SE, kernel32.dll ver 4.10.2222. The ami99.exe file I have is dated Oct 24 7:03:38pm.
The only problem other than speed I've noticed involves using Alt-= to re-boot the emulator. About 75% of the time, the emulator video is badly scrambled after doing this, though it appears to be running correctly.
I hope he's able to work our these problems and get Ami99 fast enough that it's really usable maximized, or at least in a little bigger window than its current default size. It's great to be able to run the old TI programs straight from Windows!
