Yeah, I know. I was kind of afraid that emulator questions would 'cross over' to this message board too- then what's the sense of having this board in addition? I guess I added it because every now and then a non-emul question would pop up on the emul board. Also, I get emailed regularly by people who have TI-99 (non-emul) questions that I don't have the answer to. I figured that this board could provide a forum for those quesions.
Why not just open the emul forum to all quesions? I considered that too, but it's been established for some time as emul-only, and judging by the posts and stats, it's pretty popular compared to the rest of the site.
I don't know, I guess I didn't see the harm in having a couple of subject oriented TI-99 boards. Just as long as I try to make it clear that there is a second board for emul topics (or whatever else).
: After thinking a while on it: why this splitting between TI-99 and TI-99-Emulator? The problems which will be asked will be the same, I think. Well, 90% of all asked questions in this forum also could be asked in the emulator-forum...
