I have a bunch of TI 99/4 stuff that i purchased new back in early 80's. One of the things is a BIG TI box labeled Expansion box. What is this and why do you need one? All of this has been stored in my spare room closet since the 1980's and now I am trying to figure out what to do with it. I have tons of games, books, programming manuals peripheral stuff, etc but the expansion box is the puzzler. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Paul

The original peripherals for the computer connected to the right side of the computer, and could take over a table...
The peripheral expansion system allowed you to buy drop-in cards, like the cards in a standard PC.

Thank you. I kind of assumed that but the box has never been opened. I bought it in 1983 then moved to PCs and never looked back. Have tons of TI stuff sitting in my spare rooms. This was the one big box. I appreciate the help.
