USB adaptor for TI-99/4A joystick

Postby dualcam » May 22nd, 2012, 2:14 pm

Hi ,

I have a USB adaptor for ColecoVision/Intellivision game controllers that I have made an alternate firmware that makes it work with the TI-99/4A joysticks instead. More info at -
vision-daptor.com

Best way to get a hold of me is via the contact email on the site.

Thanks,
Tom

That is an interesting joystick solution for those using the emulators for their TI computer hobby. One question though: can the firmware do conversion between the Atari pinout and the TI pinout for the folks using Atari-style joysticks on their TI? Just asking as it would eliminate the need for an Atari adapter inline with the joysticks, and a lot of TI users go that route due to the higher quality of the Atari-style joysticks. Thanks for letting us know about it.
