Does anyone have source files for a late version of the horizon ramdisk operating system (ROS). I'm looking for source code that includes the CFG program.

You might want to look on WHT, at least one version is up there. You can also ask Gary Bowser (GaryFromOPA on AtariAge), as he's the guy who wrote it.
